TERMS OF SERVICE & BRAND POLICY

1. SHIPPING & TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Secure Delivery: All shipments are sent via fully insured, tracked services requiring a government-issued ID and a physical signature.

  • Client Interference: If the client requests any changes to the delivery method via the courier (e.g., "Leave in a safe place," "Deliver to a neighbour," or "Deliver without signature"),

    SO YOUNG SO GOOD is immediately released from all responsibility. * Liability: Any modification made to the shipping instructions by the client voids our transit insurance. We will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage resulting from client-initiated delivery changes.

2. RETURN & HYGIENE POLICY

  • 12-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 12 days of the delivery date.

  • Bespoke Exclusions: Custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and resized rings are Final Sale.

  • Hygiene Standards: Due to health and safety regulations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances once they have left our studio.

3. SIZING & ALTERATIONS

  • First Resize: We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery (if the design allows).

  • Design Limitations: Certain designs (e.g., eternity bands) cannot be resized. The client is responsible for providing the correct size at the time of order.

  • Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for all secure, insured shipping costs to and from our studio for non-warranty alterations.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY (3 MONTHS)

  • Coverage: We provide a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., loose settings or structural flaws).

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, or general wear and tear.

  • Third-Party Clause: Any alterations, resizing, or repairs performed by a third-party jeweller will immediately void this warranty. create something meaningful together.
