Delivery & Return

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on the collection. We endeavour to deliver within 5-10 working days within the UK, and 7-12 working days for other countries. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item is made to order, we will inform you if that is the case.

If you have left it a bit late and need something sooner than the delivery time stated, or by a specific date, please email us so that we can confirm availability on the items and prioritise their dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available as an option at checkout.  We ship via Royal Mail International Expedited Service and the flat-rate fee is £15.

Do you cover customs fees and import duties?

Unfortunately we do not cover customs fees incurred by exporting our jewels to international destinations. Our customers are responsible for any duties and taxes according to their jurisdiction.


Refund policy

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items  are final sale.  Due to our made-to-order approach we do not accept returns.

Our jewelry is delicate and fragile. 

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to discuss possible options.

Conditions

If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

The Exceptions for Exchanges

If you want to exchange for a different size, please e-mail hello@soyoungsogood.co.uk for an exchange form. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
